about

'At the well' wants to speak for women who are not allowed to speak for themselves. Every single woman around the world was born with a purpose, but in many countries they are not allowed to be who they really are. There once was a Man who met a woman at a well and He showed the world that there is a different way to treat women. No rules, no prejudice but love and love only makes women stand to their feet and be proud of who they are.

lyrics

Please to meet you, Mister, would you talk to a sister?
Aren't there laws to follow? Am I not too hollow?
Pleased to meet you, brother, I won't tell the others.
I just need a hand, you see; could you help me? Help me!
And hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
I come in shame and guilt, consider myself to be filth.
Would you even talk to me if you really knew me? If you knew me?
And hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
Hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
'Cause I know my place, I'm aware of my space and I've heard about yours.
Put away behind this veil, no one knows how I feel, but I don't feel too well and I wish I could tell you.
Put away behind this veil, no one knows how I feel, but I don't feel too well and I wish I could tell you. Wish I could tell you.
But I know my place, I'm aware of my space and I've heard about yours.
I know my place, I'm aware of my space and I've heard about yours.
And hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
Hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
Hey, hey, is it okay, for me to say 'hey', hey, hey?
I know my place, I'm aware of my space.
I know my place, I'm aware of my space, hey, hey!

about

Bridgit NB, The Netherlands

Singer/ songwriter Bridgit makes music from heart to heart. The lyrics are important, because of the message or poetry. Not just a nice piece of music, but nice anyway! The songs seem to just fall from heaven into her heart and Bridgit 's warm voice makes you want to hear this again and again. Great musicians were willing to work with her on this very first album: One house, many mansions. ... more
